Welcome from Janet Treadway

August 30, 2019

There are several new things around the corner for the AASHTOWare Project community. In this installment of the newsletter, you will be able to learn more about the new AASHTOWare Project webinar series. You’ll also find out how you can become an active member of the user community by participating on the AASHTOWare Project Technical Review Teams (TRT) or Technical Advisory Groups (TAG).

The Project Task Force (PTF) is excited about the release of AASHTOWare Project 4.2 this week, as well as the AASHTOWare Project Mobile Tester app and Bids 3.0 slated for next month. Also, if your agency is considering implementing the AASHTOWare Project Construction & Materials module, be sure to check out the article on Statewide Planning & Research (SP&R) funding to gain more information on a non-traditional financial support opportunity. Lastly, it’s not too late to register for this year’s Project User Group (PUG) conference in Overland Park, KS, September 29 – October 3. There is more information about this event, in the AASHTOWare PUG August update from Sara Jarvis, the PUG chair.
